How Watchful works
Watchful turns the cameras you already have into part of the team. You tell it what matters, in plain words. It watches every camera, understands what is happening, and makes sure the right person handles it.

Every camera, every minute. The Watchful Box connects to the cameras you already have, wired or Wi-Fi, and keeps their video on site.

Not just motion. It knows a person in the forklift lane without a vest, a spill, a queue, a door left open, and tells them apart from everything that doesn't matter.

The right person gets the alert with the clip, acts, and marks it handled. Everything is logged, so you can ask about the past: “When was the back door left open this week?”

The box is your recorder: cameras plug into a PoE switch, the switch into the box. For a site with no recorder yet.

One cable to your network. Your recorder keeps recording; Watchful adds the watching, the alerts and the answers.

Nothing leaves the building, and alerts keep working without internet. The simplest answer for privacy rules and inspections.
One box, your cameras, and the instructions that matter to you. Every week you see what Watchful found, who fixed it, and how fast.
